To emphasize the friendly character of Bonahouse, we put a strong emphasis on words — weaving the brand name into slogans in digital and print communications.
In the strategy of communication and brand image, we have placed on foundations unusual for the real estate industry: simplicity and joy of living in a benevolent and full of understanding aura.
Therefore, we also clearly based the visual identification on simple geometric elements, referring at the same time to the architectural plan of the apartment. We also found a way to create unique attributes — interior items that have become an important part of the brand's identity.
As a result, we have created an energetic brand with the potential to change the way Poles think about real estate — from tedious, frustrating formalities to a pleasant and exciting process of entering life anew.
