Who are you at the agency and what do you do?
I am a specialist in words and marketing. I create strategies for communication of brands and content for the websites of entrepreneurs. Although I prefer to say that I bring relief in business ;-)
Why do you do what you do?
To make the world a better place. Sounds trite, huh? But the truth is that I fanatically believe in the power of communication and peace that mutual understanding brings. Also in business! Just look at this simple math: Clearly communicating emotions, assumptions and principles = people understanding each other's needs and expectations = less tension and grit, and more products and services hitting the middle of the desire shield = a better world. And that my super power is words... I settled at the beginning of this chain. And, most of all, I love what I do!
What motivates you?
I love watching someone who does good things grow in strength. I love watching the companies we help straighten their backs, raise their heads and their eyes shine anew. I love to see in them the complete satisfaction of seeing your business in words new, fresh and to the point — and thus full power and energy to act. It's so electrifying!
What's your story?
Swivel. Laughter: As a little girl, I got my first diary for my birthday — a fluffy, children's notebook with a golden padlock. I sat next to him proud as a peacock and happy to the tips of my ears. And I started writing.
It would never have occurred to me that from that evening I would be filling up more journals day after day for... 20 years! Actually, I've been running them so far. And as if it couldn't stay that simple, right? For a long time I had no idea who I wanted to be when I grew up — but I kept writing... something. School work for girlfriends. Scenarios of events. Newspaper Articles. Blogs. My story meandered. So far that it reached as far as Japan, where (as a newly born cosmetologist, a graduate of the medical academy) I ran my own beauty salon. And it was there that it turned out that although working with people every day brings satisfaction and teaches to listen to real needs — it is this marketing aspect of business that gives me the most fun. Therefore, after returning to Poland, the choice was clear: I disguise myself! And so after several years in an international company with very high branding standards, I already knew exactly where my place was in the world of advertising, design and brands. In words.
What are you passionate about?
The world. I travel a lot and like to look at it with my eyes wide open. It is from trips to the ends of the continents that I bring a lot of emotions and stories of people I met along the way — my biggest inspirations.
You and your work in 3 words are...
Fun, commitment and real emotions.
